While we strive to exemplify these values on a daily basis, we created a program to recognize individuals that go above and beyond for our organization with their dedication and hard work.
Christa Vaughan, Patient Access Supervisor
Christa Vaughan is a Patient Access Supervisor at Urology of Indiana’s Greenwood office. We are so lucky to have someone like her. She is always the first to ask if you need anything and genuinely wants to give a helping hand. She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel supported.
Her character is flawless, and she shows up every day giving everything she has to each and every person that walks through the door. Some days are tough, but those are the days where Christa jumps up to bat (more so than usual) and gives you her full support and attention to make sure you have everything you need to get your job done. She handles every single member of the staff with respect and every patient with care. Others naturally gravitate to her as they know they can trust and depend on her. She shows up, without fail, not just for her own staff but for any company employee that has a need. She is kind and does an amazing job. Christa has a warm and charismatic personality, which makes her an incredible fit for leadership.
She is always there with a “door open” policy to ensure that she is available to help or even to talk. She is always stepping in and going above and beyond her duties to make sure things run smoothly. Christa is amazing at her job and is a kind and caring person all the way around.
