Urology of Indiana recently announced our quarterly CAARE Recognition winner. This Program reflects our core values: Compassion, Adaptability, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. While we strive to exemplify these values on a daily basis, we created a program to recognize individuals that go above and beyond for our organization with their dedication and hard work.
LeAra Sullivan, Medical Assistant
LeAra Sullivan is a Medical Assistant at Urology of Indiana’s North Meridian office in Carmel. She has been an amazing person since the day she started. LeAra has been so consistent with her warm, caring, compassionate attitude toward patients and her coworkers. Working in such a busy office sometimes we forget to put on a smile because we are so busy making sure patients’ needs are met, but not her. LeAra’s smile and great attitude have become contagious around the office. We look forward to seeing her daily because she always manages to give off great vibes. She introduces herself to each and every person that walks in the door. She always makes patients all feel so comfortable. They often say how patient she is and always takes her time to explain things. LeAra is always in good spirits and is the example of a CAARE award winner.
