While we strive to exemplify these values on a daily basis, we created a program to recognize individuals that go above and beyond for our organization with their dedication and hard work.
Holli Hendrix: Medical Assistant
Holly Hendrix has demonstrated the values of Urology of Indiana throughout her tenure. She has consistently modeled what it takes to be a great medical assistant. She shows up every day ready to work and ready to provide the best care possible for our patients, despite whatever circumstances may have suddenly arisen.
She adapts to every situation at a moment’s notice without batting an eye. If someone is out sick or a provider has a need, she and her team find a way to get it done.
She is always putting patient care ahead of it all. She has gone out of her way to assure that people are trained properly and has coached people to focus on patient care. She multitasks with ease and still has time to keep a light atmosphere in the office with the doctors and other staff. She is truly deserving of this award.
