Urology of Indiana recently announced our quarterly CAARE Recognition winner. This Program reflects our core values: Compassion, Adaptability, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. While we strive to exemplify these values on a daily basis, we created a program to recognize individuals that go above and beyond for our organization with their dedication and hard work.

Lori Beeler, Quarterly Employee CAARE Award Winner

Lori Beeler is a Helpdesk Coordinator at Urology of Indiana. Here’s what Ashley’s nominator said about her:

“Lori’s is the first name that our employees think of when they need help with their systems, and she is often the first voice that patients hear when they need help. She is very knowledgeable in our existing systems; she happily and eagerly learns anything new that we throw at her. She literally encompasses the ‘CAARE’ that Urology of Indiana strives towards.

Compassion: She is compassionate with our patients who call and are having difficulty with what a technical person would call simple, but an elderly patient may have no experience with. Accountability: She never tries to push work off on colleagues, she always takes responsibility and follows through with any issues employees may have to assure it is resolved. Adaptability: She took the lead on learning and support for our electronic medical records program, leading the support for dictation for the doctors. She is always eager to learn new things and humble when she does. Respect: I have never heard anything but good things about how she treats employees and patients. She is always professional and pleasant to work with. I enjoy the time that I get to collaborate with her or discuss work. Excellence: I have been in this field for over 20 years and have never worked with anyone better. Her “tribal knowledge” of the company, willingness to learn new skills and handle often frustrated and impatient people are truly excellent.”
