Urology of Indiana recently announced our quarterly CAARE Recognition winner. This Program reflects our core values: Compassion, Adaptability, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. While we strive to exemplify these values on a daily basis, we created a program to recognize individuals that go above and beyond for our organization with their dedication and hard work.

Ashley Williamson, Quarterly Employee CAARE Award Winner

Ashley Williamson is a Precertification Coordinator at Urology of Indiana. Here’s what Ashley’s nominator said about her:

“Ashley has been such a big help for our office. When working on the clinical side with providers, we need answers on whether a patient can have things done urgently. I have reached out to her to assist with approvals even when these patients may not fall within what she is assigned to do. She has even clocked in early multiple times from her break to assist me and my provider with answers to questions we have in order for us to proceed with certain treatments. After the snow storm, there was a patient that one of our providers wanted to perform a ‘Testopel’ on. She spent over an hour on the phone with the patient’s insurance company while they were dealing with outages to get the patient approved. In any other circumstance, we would have been informed that the patient needed to be rescheduled.

“She never turns me away and is willing to help in any way possible. I feel her previous life experiences has allowed her to see through the eyes of the patients and work so hard for them. Her compassion, adaptability, accountability, respect and excellence help us provide our physicians with the answers they want to hear and keep the patients from having to make a second trip to the office.”

Ashley’s work consistently exemplifies the core values of Compassion, Adaptability, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
