Urology of Indiana recently announced our quarterly CAARE Recognition winner. This Program reflects our core values: Compassion, Adaptability, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. While we strive to exemplify these values on a daily basis, we created a program to recognize individuals that go above and beyond for our organization with their dedication and hard work.
Bonnie Jaworski, Quarterly Employee CAARE Award Winner
Bonnie Jaworski is a Surgery Scheduler at the Urology of Indiana Fishers Office. Here’s what Bonnie’s nominator said about her:
“To be honest I think she is one of the best, if not the best employee we have. She does her job with extreme professionalism. Honestly, we need about 20 more of her. She is extremely hard working. I have had many compliments from patients about her and everything she does. A lot of the other schedulers go to her for help when trying to figure things out. She interacts with the oncology department daily, coordinating care for some very ill patients. She takes her job very personally. I don’t think the patients even realize how she is one of their best advocates. She does whatever she can to schedule them. She can talk to patients and answer almost all questions about anything. She is amazing. On top of all of that, she covers our hospital coordinating. She has no problem talking to any of the docs and getting things done.”
