Dr. Scott B. Farnham is originally from Omaha, Nebraska. He enjoys traveling, numerous outdoor activities, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Clinical Interests

His areas of surgical focus are Urologic Oncology and Robotic Surgery.  He regularly performs numerous robotic surgical procedures including radical and partial nephrectomy for renal tumors, reconstructive procedures of the urinary tract, and prostatectomy.  Dr. Farnham also specializes in recurrent and advanced prostate cancer and has led the Urology of Indiana Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic since 2011.

Certifications

While an undergraduate at DePauw, Dr. Farnham was an academic and consensus All-American in football and a recipient of the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics Postgraduate Scholarship. In medical school he was a recipient of the University of Nebraska College of Medicine Academic Scholarship and elected to Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society.

Education

Dr. Farnham graduated Cum Laude from DePauw University, in Greencastle, Indiana. He earned his medical degree, with Distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, in Omaha, and completed his internship in General Surgery and his residency in Urologic Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, in Nashville, Tennessee.
