Nathan Hailey is originally from LaVergne, Tennessee. He graduated from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Biology: Health Sciences. He also earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from University of Evansville.

He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Nathan joined Urology of Indiana in 2020. He enjoys rock climbing, camping, cooking and trying new foods.
