Dr. David W. Hollensbe was raised in Muncie, Indiana. He is married and has three children, all boys.
Joined Urology of Indiana in 1993
His areas of special interest include Urologic Oncology, particularly Minimally Invasive Robotic Surgery for prostate cancer using the da Vinci Surgical System.
In addition to diagnosing and treating urologic malignancies, he is well trained and experienced in treating stone disease and general adult urologic conditions.
He completed two years of general surgery residency followed by four years of urology residency at Indiana University.

Dr. Hollensbe graduated from Muncie Central High School. He attended Indiana University and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa honor fraternity. He earned his medical degree with highest distinction from Indiana University and was admitted to Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed two years of general surgery residency followed by four years of urology residency at Indiana University.
