Welcome to the Urology of Indiana Patient Portal: MyMedicalLocker
Our patient portal enables you to perform multiple functions related to your Urology of Indiana patient account including view, download and print your patient health records, send a message to one of our nurses and request a refill for your prescriptions. These are all completed via a secure platform called “My Medical Locker”. To access our portal, simply login and follow the prompts relative to the task you want to perform. If you don’t already have a login, call our office, and we will set you up with a user name and password: 877-362-2778.
Message a Nurse
Quite often, our patients have questions in between appointments and they don’t have time to call us. Our “Message a Nurse” option enables you to send us a secure online message at your convenience – 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Simply choose the “Message a Nurse” option on the portal, and type in your question or concern. One of our nurses will get back to you via an online message in the portal within 24 to 48 hours after message receipt (Monday-Friday).
If you need a prescription refill, simply follow the prompts on the portal once you log in. We are able to refill only prescriptions that have been written by our physicians. If you have prescriptions written by your family doctor or other specialists, they will need to call in those refills for you. Refill requests are typically completed the same day, however, sometimes they take 24-48 hours; so be sure to plan ahead. There are some prescriptions (i.e., Schedule II medications) that cannot be refilled via phone or on a Friday afternoon.
