Urology of Indiana recently announced our quarterly CAARE Recognition winner. This Program reflects our core values: Compassion, Adaptability, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. While we strive to exemplify these values on a daily basis, we created a program to recognize individuals that go above and beyond for our organization with their dedication and hard work.
Amy Driskell, Hospital Coordinator
Amy Driskell performs essential work. She has a job that few are willing or able to do and handles it with skill, patience and consistency. Every day brings a new scenario, a new challenge, and she meets each one with a positive attitude and a genuine smile.
Amy is always willing to help wherever she can. She is respected by her co-workers, outside staff and our physicians. The role requires her to navigate many different elements within the hospital call group as well as the hospital staff, often serving as the middle person between hospitals and doctors.
Over the years, Amy has taken on countless tasks and responsibilities, always stepping up without hesitation. She is truly one of a kind. She works long hours to ensure everything is in order for our physicians, and she speaks to patients with compassion and understanding. Amy embodies everything that CAARE represents in our practice – Compassion, Accountability, Adaptability, Respect and Excellence.
Her dedication and professionalism make her an outstanding winner of this award.
