Urology of Indiana recently announced our quarterly CAARE Recognition winner. This Program reflects our core values: Compassion, Adaptability, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. While we strive to exemplify these values on a daily basis, we created a program to recognize individuals that go above and beyond for our organization with their dedication and hard work.
JoAnn Kubacki, Patient Access Representative
Compassion: JoAnn Kubacki shows compassion every day. She is always helping patients whether it’s with the tablet, figuring out their insurance information, or helping people to the restroom to leave a urine sample. She does it every day and always with a smile on her face. Patients love talking to her because she is always so kind to them.
Accountability: JoAnn is always early to work and ready to take on the day. She is dependable, and you can always count on her for anything you need.
Adaptability: JoAnn is ready to take on whatever the day has to offer. She helps in the back office as well as the front. Her coworkers know they can count on her no matter where she is in the office.
Respect: JoAnn shows respect to not only her coworkers but also her patients. Even when patients are not always showing her the same respect, she keeps her cool and does the job with a smile on her face. She is an amazing and awesome person to work with.
Excellence: She shows excellence every day in her knowledge and the way she does her job. She is amazing with the patients and her coworkers. She always goes the extra mile to make sure her job is done right. If she makes a mistake she owns up and fixes it right away.
