Lisa Sewell has been a dedicated and reliable member of our clinical team for over five years, and throughout that time she has consistently demonstrated the CAARE values in her daily work.
She regularly goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Lisa frequently stays late to ensure that patients receive thorough, compassionate, and unhurried care, even at the end of a busy clinic day. Her willingness to assist with procedures, complete patient follow-ups, and address last-minute patient needs directly improves continuity, safety and the overall experience our patients receive. She ensures no patient feels rushed or overlooked, and her calm bedside manner is consistently reassuring.
In addition to her direct patient interactions, Lisa helps coworkers finish essential clinical tasks, covers staffing gaps without hesitation, and handles end-of-day duties with exceptional attention to detail. Her reliability in these moments helps maintain clinic flow and reduces stress on the team.
