Urology of Indiana recently announced our quarterly CAARE Recognition winner. This Program reflects our core values: Compassion, Adaptability, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. While we strive to exemplify these values on a daily basis, we created a program to recognize individuals that go above and beyond for our organization with their dedication and hard work.
Katlynn Bailey, Medical Assistant
Katlynn Bailey functions on a much higher level than a typical Medical Assistant (MA). During her years at Urology of Indiana she has grown into a strong, confident leader who understands our mission and, more importantly, cares about it. She brings high energy and enthusiasm to the office every day and has developed a detailed knowledge about clinical issues. She looks at the schedules in advance, and makes adjustments where necessary to improve quality and efficiency. Katlynn knows in advance what each patient needs before they arrive, and she makes certain that everything is ready and available. She is extremely detail-oriented, thorough and professional. She takes on increased work with a cheerful and confident attitude.
Most importantly, she has become the light and soul at her office and infuses it with a great vibe. It is literally impossible to be unhappy around her. Katlynn epitomizes what “CAAREing” is all about, and we are extremely fortunate to have her at UOI.
