While we strive to exemplify these values on a daily basis, we created a program to recognize individuals that go above and beyond for our organization with their dedication and hard work.
Victoria Dale: Medical Records
Victoria Dale is a quiet, rarely seen incredibly hard worker. Her job is often a thankless one but essential to making the Urology of Indiana providers’ days run smoothly. She makes sure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. All that needs done is to send her a communication on a task. And often within a few hours, she has sent a communication back with the requested information attached or the plan on how she will get the information.
Victoria doesn’t have direct patient interactions, but her compassion shines through in her communication with other practices and hospitals in order to get the needed information. She holds herself accountable in doing her job efficiently and completely. She has helped all of us adapt in our roles. She respects all those in the office and all those on the other end of the phone calls to complete her job effectively. Victoria does her job with professionalism, persistence and excellence. She follows the core values of Urology of Indiana amazingly well!
