Crystal was born in Norfolk, VA but grew up in Greenwood, IN. She graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and then Masters of Science – Acute Care Nurse Practitioner through Marquette University.

Crystal is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. Her areas of interest include urology, kidney stones, kidney and prostate cancers, and surgical assisting.

She has a background as a surgical RN for 9 years before joining Urology of Indiana in 2020 as a Nurse Practitioner. She is married and has a daughter, a son, and a golden doodle. In her free time, she loves cooking, photography, and spending time with her family and friends.
